BeOne einvoice html and php landing page

A landing page for the meeting BeOne e invoice, where you can sign in for the meeting. The form records all the subscriber in a database mysql. Then the sales manager can login in another page and download an excel with all the dates. It was my first project with a database and a php pdo model.
